In June 2024, Praia Rica Expedições had the honor of receiving travel agent Tanja Meier , from Discover Brasil Jalapão State Park . The technical visit was the result of our participation in the Lisbon Tourism Stock Exchange (BTL) , with the support of Embratur and the Government of Tocantins, to strengthen the relationship between Brazil and the European market.

FAMTOUR OBJECTIVE
The main objective was to present, firsthand, the exclusive 4 -day Praia Rica Expeditions program, exploring the amazing landscapes and the unique experiences we offer in the 4x4 expedition format. The intention was to strengthen partnerships and promote Brazil as a sustainable and charming destination for the European public.
Activities performed
During the four days of expedition, Tanja experienced:
Hiking and trekking , by paths, boils and on saws.
Rafting on the Soninho River , amidst the exuberant nature of the Natural Monument Canyons and Rofes of the Sono River
Visits to famous boils , beaches and traditional quilombola communities.
Tasting of regional cuisine
A night trip to watch the dawn of Serra do Espírito was also part of the program
Results
The return of the travel agent was extremely positive: "It overded my Expectation. Jalapão is a lifetime place - Different from anything if ever seen. Really Knew and Appreciated The Place. His Passion Went A Long Way.
As a result, we realize a partnership with Discover Brasil, which has already been signing the contract and the program is on sale.
From trails to fluctuation, the proposal is for the traveler to know Jalapão from different points of view.
